Fiona Smith BA (Hons), PG Dip, MCIPD

DIRECTOR

Fiona is a leadership coach, consultant and facilitator who has worked at senior levels across a wide range of sectors in the UK, Europe and USA. She has over 25 years’ experience in strategic and board level contexts. Her previous roles include Head of Organisational Development for Standard Life and Executive Director of Workforce in the NHS, before founding her own business in 2011. She has held non-executive director roles in the public and charitable sector.

Clients value Fiona’s commercial focus, her empathetic yet straightforward style, intellectual rigour, warmth and capacity to challenge in an insightful and supportive manner.

Fiona has a BA (Hons) in Business Organisation. She is a Chartered Member of CIPD and holds International Coaching Federation PCC accreditation. She is licensed to use a range of leadership profiling tools including Leadership Development Profile, Strengthscope®, and Realize 2®.

Fiona lives in Orkney with her partner. In her spare time she enjoys the challenge of creating a garden in one of Europe’s most windswept locations.

Megan Evans MSc, MA, BSc (Hons), PG Dip

CONSULTANT

Megan is a leadership consultant, facilitator and executive coach with over 25 years’ experience. She started her career at Capgemini and worked at Whitehead Mann and The Thinking Partnership before founding her own business in 2010. Megan has worked with numerous senior executives, leaders and managers in many leading UK and global organisations across a wide variety of sectors and disciplines. She is passionate about helping individuals maximise their talents to become the greatest version of themselves and embrace new possibilities.

Clients value Megan’s warm and lively extrovert nature, her ability to get people talking and her pragmatic, professional approach to finding solutions.

Megan is committed to her own development and has completed an MA in Psychological Coaching at Metanoia Institute and an MSc in Organisational Behaviour at Birkbeck. She is accredited and experienced in a range of assessment profile tools including Leadership Development Profile, Myers Briggs, Lumina Spark, Hogan Development Survey and OPQ. She is a member of the Association for Coaching and an Associate member of Association of Professional Executive Coaches and Supervisors. She is also part of a Continuing Professional Development community for leading in complexity.

Megan regularly volunteers and for the past 3 years has worked with the Befriend charity providing support to local vulnerable housebound people and also with Coaching Through COVID, providing support to NHS workers on the frontline. She lives in West London with her husband and her dog Rennie.
